Officer Megan Barnes spoke with an individual concerned about a possible situation with another officer. She advised the individual to file an official complaint with the Chief of Police. 
Officer Barnes spoke with the water department supervisor who requested officers keep an eye on the tower overnight due to technical issues. 
Officer Barnes noticed the door to the girl’s bathroom open at the football field. Her investigation discovered extensive property damage and vandalism to the facility.
Cpl. Kylie McGee followed up on vandalism at the football field. She checked the rest of the facility and contacted administration at the school.
Cpl. McGee assisted children’s division with a wellbeing check of children involved in an open investigation. 
Officer Kris Reinholdt took a report of a burglary. 
Officer Reinholdt issued trespassing warnings to vehicles parked on private property.

Cpl. McGee assisted in escorting juvenile out of Mercy Hospital with Children’s Division. Juvenile went willingly and there were no issues.

Officer Dawnesha Scott spoke with an individual regarding harassing text messages. 
Officer Cook assisted an individual with posting bond on an outstanding warrant. 
Officer Reinholdt spoke with the drivers of two vehicles doing donuts in Dollar General parking lot. 
July 28
Cpl. McGee assisted an individual with a medical issue until EMS arrived. 
Officer Cook conducted paper service to individuals. 
Officers spoke with four individuals requesting information or assistance.
July 29
Officers Barnes and Cook spoke with individuals having a verbal argument in a parking lot. 
Assistant Chief Stetson Schwien issued nuisance violation warnings for two different properties. 
Assistant Chief Schwien assisted Howell County Sheriff’s Office with an investigation concerning an individual sought by Arkansas State Police.
Officer Cook investigated a report of someone looking into vehicle windows.
Officer Barnes responded to the apartments for a possible drug overdose. 
Officer Cook took a call from a subject stating her daughter received a strange message from a boy she played online games with. The message implied it came from the boy’s mother, and he had committed suicide the night prior. Due to the circumstances of no one receiving a call in the Mountain View area and the possibility that the juvenile could be attempting to harm himself, officers began an immediate investigation. His investigation found the incident to be a prank. He contacted the juvenile’s parents and advised them of the behavior. 
Officers spoke with six individuals requesting information or assistance and issued one traffic warning.

Officer Barnes removed debris from the roadway.
Assistant Chief Schwien issued five nuisance ordinance violations.
Officer Barnes received a complaint of juveniles throwing fireworks into someone’s yard.
