September 2
Deputy Nicholas Barslow took a report of a death which occurred in the area of County Road 5130, in West Plains.
Corporal Jacob Hamby responded to Amberwood Road in Viola, Arkansas in regard to an assault that took place in Howell County. This case is cleared, and charges will be sent to the Howell County Prosecutor for review.
Deputy Barslow took a report of trespassing.
Deputy Tyler Ryan responded to a suspicious subject in the area of Pomona. He arrested the subject and placed them on a 24-hour hold.
September 3
Deputy Kyle Hambelton responded to County Road 8800 to assist Children's Division.  An investigation is still underway.
Sergeant Seth Smith took a report of harassment. 
Deputy James Crownover as bailiff in courtroom number five received information by the court clerk that Michael Lewis had a warrant issued by the municipal court of West Plains. While waiting for confirmation of the warrant confirmation, Mr. Lewis ran out of the courthouse. Deputy Hodo and West Plains City Officer Daiman Meyer caught up to Mr. Lewis outside the courthouse and took him into custody without further incident.
September 4
Deputy Barnes received a call for service in regard to a stealing report. His investigation discovered the subject involved attempted to strike the owner with a shovel. The subject was then arrested and transported to Howell County Jail.
Deputy Blaise Dudding took a report of property damage.
Sergeant Smith seized a controlled substance during a warrant arrest.
Deputy Vice responded to Pottersville concerning a death investigation.
Deputy Trenton Roberts responded to County Road 5500 in Willow Springs for a verbal domestic disturbance. He separated the parties involved. 
September 5
Deputy Austin DeShazo responded to the area of County Road 8240, West Plains for a report of a suicidal subject. They transported an individual to Ozarks Healthcare to be evaluated.
Deputy Barnes arrested an individual for an outstanding warrant.
Deputy Vice took a report of a failed child custody exchange.
September 6
Deputy First Class Robert Malone responded to an address on State Route 142 for a third-party domestic assault call. He completed an investigation.
September 7
Deputy Ryan responded to the area of County Road 6950 referencing a disturbance.
Deputy First Class Malone responded to an assist Mountain View Police Department for a stolen truck and trailer recovery. After investigation they impounded the vehicle and notified the reporting agency.
Deputy Avery Stolba took a report of a domestic dispute.
