Revival at Immanuel Southern Baptist Church

A reawakening of religious fervor, especially by a means of a series of evangelistic meetings, will be held Oct. 20, 21 and 22 at Immanuel Southern Baptist Church will be holding a revival.

Services will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20 and Saturday, Oct. 21 with service on Sunday, Oct. 22 beginning at 10:45 a.m.

Music will be provided in each service by “Faith’s Journey” from Branson. Jonathan and Deana Edwards, along with piano player Lee Hendrix, comprise this talented and nationally known Southern Gospel Trio. Johnathan and Deana were voted 2023 Branson Duo of the year this year. The harmony of Deana’s powerhouse soprano voice married with the flawless baritone sound of Jonathan and the mesmerizing tenor of Lee make for a blessed blend. Lee has played piano on stages with notable entertainers such as Moe Bandy, Mickey Gilley and Tanya Tucker. Songs he has written include “Mornings Coming” or “Praise His Name” performed by Jeff and Sheri Easter. In addition to Jonathan's musical talents, he has preached the gospel of Jesus Christ as a youth pastor, music pastor and a senior pastor. Even though his love of music always brings him back to the stage, he still loves to share the gospel through preaching. Jonathan will be bringing the message for each service and will bless you.

Come together for a time of revival and let Christ reawaken your spirit. A pot luck lunch will be provided on Sunday morning following the service.
