December 1
Officer Ivie Powell arrested an individual at the Howell County Courthouse on an active warrant.
Officer Joseph Tombley responded to the location of North US Hwy 63 for the report of property damage to a commercial vehicle. He completed an initial investigation, and the case remains ongoing at this time.
Officer Tyler Gill responded to Lanton Road for a report of a domestic in progress. After an investigation, they arrested one individual and placed them on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. This case will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office for review.
December 2
Officer Brent Keepes responded to Turning Leaf for a report of an individual with a knife harming themselves. They safely detained the individual and placed them on a 96 hour hold for mental evaluation.
Officer Nathaniel Siegrist responded to Yeager Street for a report of a violation of protection order. This case will remain open pending further investigation.
Officer Keepes responded to 6th Street in reference to a physical domestic altercation between spouses. An investigation and a brief search of the area located a subject they took into custody and placed them on a 24-hour hold.
December 3
Officer Daiman Meyer responded to Ginger Drive for a report of a suicidal individual. An investigation found a juvenile ran away from the residence. This case will be open and active pending the location of the missing juvenile.
December 4
While conducting business checks on Bill Virdon, Cpl. Wesley Stuart found a business unsecured. Officers checked the building and found no signs of foul play. They secured the building before leaving the area.
Officer Conner Burnes responded to Olden Street in response to a complaint of harassment. A witness reported someone pulled down another’s pants and underwear. This case will be still under investigation.
Officer Burnes responded to an assault. The victim reported they were forced into a room where they were struck multiple times by the suspect. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries but did seek medical attention. This case will be under investigation.
Officer Beavers took a report of a stolen firearm later recovered by the Howell County Sheriff's Office during an arrest. This case will be referred to the Howell County Prosecutor's office.
December 5
Officer Barrett took a report of a two-vehicle accident at Gibson and US Hwy 63 with one vehicle leaving the scene. 
Officer Vernon arrested an individual on Saint Louis St for an active warrant from West Plains PD and Douglas County.
Officer Beavers took a report of an assault. His investigation found two siblings had a physical altercation at Kentucky Avenue. This case will be open pending follow-up investigation with witnesses.
Officer Dobbs responded to Ozarks Healthcare Emergency Department in regard to suspected child abuse. He hotlined the incident to Children's Division of Social Services. This case will be open for further investigation.
December 6
Officer Beavers responded to Ozarks Healthcare in reference to a reported assault. His investigation discovered a subject assaulted a security officer while obtaining medical treatment. This case will remain open pending review of available security camera footage.
December 7
Officer Gill responded to Cherry Street for a report of individuals fighting in the street. 
Officer Martin responded Aid Avenue for a report of a deceased individual. He observed no signs of foul play.
Officer Barrett responded to Amyx Dr for a report of trespassing and theft. He contacted an individual reporting someone they entered the residence and took his medication. This case is considered closed.
Officer Shell arrested an individual on South Hill St for an outstanding warrant.
Officer Franks responded to Porter Wagoner in reference to a wellbeing check. He discovered an individual diagnosed with a mental disorder left the residence in an unstable state. The subject’s mother forced the individual into a car however they requested no charges to be pursued. The subject went with EMS to the hospital willingly.
Officer Shell took a report of harassment on Aid Ave. 
Officer Kerley arrested an individual on Gibson Street for outstanding warrant.
