Calls for Service 

December 1

Deputy Austin Ryan responded to the area of US Highway 60 for a report of theft and property damage.

Deputy Devon Mendenhall assisted Children's Division in Mountain View. Their investigation also an incident from the night prior out of Howell County Sheriff's Office jurisdiction.

Deputy Avery Stolba assisted children’s division with a call on County Road 1770, West Plains.

Deputy Stolba took a report of stolen property.

December 2

Deputy First Class Robert Malone responded to Probation and Parole for a warrant service.

December 3

Deputy Ryan took a report of theft. 

Deputy First Class Malone arrested an individual on an outstanding warrant.

Deputy Stolba responded to the area of County Road 1480, Peace Valley, for a physical disturbance involving a firearm. After his investigation he arrested a suspect. Charges will be sent to the Howell County Prosecutors' Office.

December 4

DFC Colter Reid, assisted Children's Division with investigating a report made through the Missouri Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline on County Road 7110. 

ORP Task Force Officers traveled to Lesterville to assist the Reynolds County Sheriff's Office

with the arrest of a wanted fugitive that they believed to be at a residence in Lesterville. The took the suspect into custody without incident.

December 5

Deputy Austin DeShazo responded to State Route 17, Mountain View, for a death investigation. Investigation determined the death due to natural causes, and this case shall be considered closed.

December 7

Deputy Stolba conducted a warrant arrest at Snappy Mart located in Willow Springs.

Deputy Taylor conducted a traffic stop on US Hwy 160. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of two "loaded" syringes and multiple empty syringes. They placed the operator of the vehicle under arrest for possession of a controlled substance and placed them on a 24-hour hold.
