Bamboo House, Willow Springs, violations, 1 - Food not protected from contamination. Observed food products stored in metal cans after opening. Must be stored in food grade storage containers to prevent contamination. To be corrected by February 12. 2 - Excessive food debris and grease buildup on prep areas, grill line, prep tables and shelving in need of deep cleaning. To be corrected by February 5. 3 - No handwashing sink available in food establishment. Observed handsink blocked and items stored inside, not able for use. 4 - Establishment’s plumbing in disrepair. Observed leak at grill area in need of repair. To be corrected by February 12. 5 - Excessive debris buildup on entire floor of prep area and all equipment and storage in prep areas in need of deep cleaning. To be corrected by February 21. 6 - Equipment not in use stored outside facility. Observed animal food and other unnecessary items stored inside prep area. Must remove. To be corrected by February 21.

Corrected on site. 2 - Ready to eat foods in deli walk in cooler not properly labeled. Observed fried chicken without proper label and date. Corrected on site. 3 - Equipment not maintained in a state of repair or proper adjustment. Observed prep handsinks in produce and deli blocked or inaccessible. Corrected on site. 4 - Excessive air gap observed at back area door. Place sweep on door. Will correct as soon as possible. 5 - Observed ceiling tiles missing in front store area, in need of replacement. Will correct.

Observed cabinets in need of painting or sealing. Will correct prior to next inspection.

Ostermier Brewing Company, West Plains, violations, 1 - Equipment for cold holding does not meet requirements as evidenced by prep cooler at 45 degrees. Corrected on site. 2 - Excessive ice buildup on front bar/prep freezer in need of defrosting. Will correct. 3 - Establishment’s plumbing in disrepair. Observed leak with mold at 3 vat sink/faucet in brewery area sink. Will correct by April 1.
