Howell County homeowners may apply for a 2026 senior tax credit beginning November 8. Taxpayers are eligible if they are 62 by December 31, 2025, with legal ownership of their residence, and fully paid property taxes through 2025. Apply at the Howell County Collector’s Office at 35 Court Square, West Plains by January 30, 2026.
