Penmac Staffing announces new assistant manager

Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. announced that Felicia Armades was promoted from Staffing Specialist to Assistant Manager.

Armades started with Penmac in October 2021 as a Staffing Specialist before moving into a Substitute Coordinator position early this year, working with the Penmac Education Staffing division that partners with local school districts. Before joining the Penmac team, Armades worked for nearly a decade with Ozarks Healthcare as an office assistant, HR generalist, and clinic supervisor.

"I love being part of the Penmac team," Armades said. "I am excited to help our community even more in this new role."

Penmac Staffing opened its West Plains, MO office in 1994. A specialist in human resource solutions, Penmac believes in building relationships with the companies and individuals it works with to solve employment challenges.
