Children's Behavioral Services Opens New Facility

Children's Behavioral Services opened its new expanded location on June 1, said owner Amanda Riviello. CBS has been in business in Willow Springs since July 1, 2019 in a small location at the corner of East Main and North Walnut Streets.

CBS offers Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, and is the only provider of ABA from Springfield to Rolla. 

“I have clients travel an hour for services,” Riviello said. 

The new location, one of the former MODOT buildings on the north end of town, allows the business to expand into several more treatment areas, a larger classroom for school prep, and even a sensory gym for her clients. There is even room to accommodate occupational therapy and speech pathology services in the near future. 

Though the sensory gym was built to benefit clients, Riviello has plans to rent the gym and an adjoining room for birthday parties and other special occasions as soon as July.
