MS Bears Basketball season comes to an end

Not all seasons are winning seasons and while the results of this season is not what everyone wanted, the team succeeded with their willingness to work hard and their winning attitudes.

 

According to Head Coach Cole Johnson, "we asked our boys to come to practice each day with a good attitude and a willingness to work hard. They succeeded in that and then some! We put a big emphasis on skills this year and everyone on the team made major improvements throughout the season. The boys came together really well and put the work in to make our season a success!"

 

For the 7th grade boys basketball: Cabool 14-23; Ava 8-22; Licking 10-26; Cabool 1-32; Liberty 15-35; Thayer 9-41; Mountain Grove 14-36; Thayer 7-52; West Plains 28-41; Liberty 20-41; Ava 31-36; Houston 18-36; Houston 16-23; and Forsyth 14-41.

 

For the 8th grade boys basketball: Cabool 12-47; Ava 19-47; Licking 16-55; Cabool 18-30; Liberty 7-46; Thayer 7-54; Mountain Grove 13-60; Thayer 16-58; West Plains 10-60; Liberty 13-59; Ava 24-35; Houston 10-48; West Plains 19-45 and Mountain Grove 3-56.
