Officer Barnhouse conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after the driver turned off the vehicle lights and attempted to hide. He arrested one subject on a warrant and four total citations were issued for multiple traffic and alcohol violations.

Officer McGinnis took a report of harassment. After a thorough investigation, no charges will be filed, as there is insufficient evidence of any threat.
Animal Control Officer Logan responded to a residence in Quail Run for a dog at large inside a residence. While attempting capture, AC Logan received a bite through his glove. He returned the dog to the owner and further action on the matter will be pending.
Sgt. Hocking responded to West High Street for a verbal domestic and possible trespassing issue.

For the week officers: responded to eight animal calls, conducted six area checks, assisted eight motorists, assisted four other agencies, investigated five non-injury accidents, assisted three civil matter situations, conducted eight miscellaneous administrative duties, investigated five suspicious circumstances, spoke with seventeen individuals requesting or giving information, spoke with 18 people inside the police office, returned requested contact to 19 individuals, and issued 42 traffic warnings.
