May 13
A minor vehicle accident was reported in the parking lot of Town and Country. A driver left the scene after backing into another vehicle, causing minor damage. The suspect driver was identified.
A trailer became disconnected from a truck in the Love’s parking lot. Midway towing was contacted to assist the driver. 
A woman requested that an officer accompany her for a custody exchange.
The school resource officer reported a situation with a couple of parents that had repeatedly used foul language on campus and at school events. The parents will no longer be allowed on the school campus.
May 14
A funeral escort was provided from the high school gym to Pine Grove Cemetery.
Loud music was reported on North Ash. A friend of the resident went to the house to turn off the music.
May 15
A woman reported that a dog had followed her daughter home. The dog’s owner was found by a city-issued ID tag.
A courtesy ride was given to a man and his daughter after their vehicle had broken down on State Route DD, near the airport.
Willow Springs Ambulance requested assistance for a medical aid call.
May 16
The owner of Subway reported that a female subject had stolen food and drinks from another customer.
A placard was placed on a residence on North Grand, labeling the residence as unfit for habitation. No one was at the residence when the placard was placed on the front window of the house.
May 17
A well-being check was requested for children living at a home on Grand. There were no signs of abuse in the home, and the home was found to not be too unsanitary to occupy.
May 18
A driver damaged a parked vehicle and sidewalk railing while backing into a parking space At Mid-Ozark Insurance on East Main Street.
Minor damage was reported to a vehicle that was back into by a tractor trailer in the parking lot of Love’s. No injuries were reported. 
A male subject reported that his sister had taken his vehicle, without his permission, while he was at work.
A mail carrier reported that a vehicle was following them and trying to block the road in front of them on Split Oak Road. Both vehicles had left the area when an officer responded. Troop G was notified of the situation.
May 19
A male subject called for a well-being check for his children. The man stated that while he did not know where his children were located, he knew that they were with their mother. 
Assistance was requested for a female motorist who was trying to change a tire on U.S. Highway 60. The area was checked, but the woman could not be located.
