February 23
Officer Ivie Powell arrested an individual on Fifth Street with active warrants.
Officer Powell spoke with an individual regarding inappropriate text messages between an adult and juvenile.
February 24
Officers responded to Armstrong Avenue for a report of domestic altercation. During an investigation they found one party injured another, arrested them, and placed them on a 24-hour hold pending charges.
Officer Brent Keepes responded to Fourth St for a possible disturbance. He found a couple in a verbal argument and convinced them to separate for the night.
February 25
Cpl. Brandon Stephens responded to a disturbance on Jan Howard Exp. He assisted an individual with an altered mental status receive treatment at the hospital. 
Officer Nathaniel Siegrist responded to Anne St in reference to neighbor’s juvenile child being inside of their residence. A probable cause statement will be completed and forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor’s Office.
Officer Siegrist investigated a report of suspicious circumstances at West Plains Fire Department Station #1. The report will be forwarded to the investigations division.
Officer Connor Burnes investigated information of a juvenile providing another with medication they planned on using to harm themselves with. The juvenile who received the over-the-counter medication sought medical support with their parent.
Officers received a call regarding a stolen wallet at Casey's General Store on Preacher Roe Blvd. They returned the wallet to the owner with nothing stolen from inside. During the investigation process, the owner of the wallet made harassing statements toward a suspect. Stealing and harassment charges will be referred to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Officer Brandon Vernon arrested an individual on Missouri Ave for an outstanding warrant.
Officer Dobbs arrested an individual at West Plains Municipal Court on Mountain View Municipal warrants.
Cpl. Trent Kinder completed a report of truancy of a Juvenile. Charges will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor for review.
February 26
Officer Dobbs responded to Snappy Mary 11 for a report of stealing. This case is open pending identification of the suspect.
Sgt. Joshua Wichowski investigated a social medical post indicating a child kidnapping. 
Officer Vernon responded to Meadow for a requested wellbeing check of two children. During the investigation, he determined, due to intoxication, the mother could not care for the children. The children’s grandmother picked them up.
February 27
While conducting business security checks, Officer Tyler Franks located an open door. He cleared and secured the building.
Officer Caleb Kerley took a report of a possible child crime. The case will be forwarded to the Detective's Division.
February 28
Officer Jesse Martin responded to McFarland for a possible domestic altercation. No charges will be filed due to an uncooperative victim.
Officer Martin responded to Crestwood Circle for a report of suspicious circumstances. His investigation learned an assault took place and he took the suspect into custody without incident.
Sgt. Wichowski took a report of a previous domestic altercation. The matter remains under investigation.
Officers spoke with an individual reporting a missing adult person. 
Officers received a call regarding a physical domestic in progress on Lanton Road. They arrested an individual and placed them on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. A Probable Cause Statement will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
March 1
Officer Martin responded to Walmart Supercenter for a report of theft. He issued the suspect a citation for stealing.
Officer Tyler Gill responded to East State Route K for a report of a domestic disturbance. After separating and interviewing all parties, the case will be sent to the West Plains Municipal Courts for review.
Officers received a call of a child wandering in the roadway on Broadway. A report will be forwarded to the Missouri Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline.
Officer Vernon arrested an individual on Crestwood with an outstanding warrant.
