Incidents
October 3
Following a report of a suspicious person on Aid Avenue, contact was made with a female subject who had an active warrant. An item that had earlier been reported stolen was also in the woman’s possession. The case was forwarded to the county prosecutor. 
A female subject reported a missing wallet.
Catalytic converters were reported stolen from two vehicles on Hoover. The case is under investigation. 
Two male subjects reportedly stole items from a business on the 700 block of Kentucky. 
A male subject reported that another male subject had stolen money from him. The matter is under investigation. 
A male subject was arrested on an active warrant. 
During a traffic stop near U.S. Highway 63 and Monks Street, a male subject was arrested for driving while revoked, failure to maintain financial responsibility, and failure to display a current state license plate. 
An identity theft was reported on the 400 block of Aid Avenue. 
A male subject was arrested on East 3rd Street on an active arrest warrant. 
October 4
Property damage was reported on the 500 block of Aid Avenue. 
An assault was reported at Ozarks Healthcare. A male subject was arrested at the scene. 
A driver was cited for no valid operator license during a traffic stop on Porter Wagoner Boulevard. 
Two open warehouse doors were observed at a business in Southern Hills. Nothing appeared to have been tampered with. 
Contact was made with a male subject after a report of a vehicle break-in on Olive Street. The male was arrested after being found in possession of a controlled substance and having an active warrant. A firearm was stolen from the vehicle, as well as cash. The case of the stolen cash and firearms was referred to the detectives’ division. 
October 5
A student was reported for truancy on Olden Street. The case was reported to the juvenile office. 
An assault was reported on the 2300 block of Terra. A female subject reported that she was assaulted by two people living with her. The victim wished to pursue charges. 
A citation was given to a subject on the 900 block of Nichols Drive for possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid. The matter was forwarded to the municipal prosecutor. 
A burglary was reported on the 1300 block of Lanton Road. A suspect was arrested and placed on a hold with charges pending. 
It was reported that several juveniles created threatening material on the 700 block of Olden. The matter is under investigation. 
A male subject was referred to Ozarks Healthcare for a mental evaluation after being found mentally unstable and unable to care for himself. 
A hit-and-run accident was reported on the 1900 block of Cambridge Drive. 
Contact was made with a male subject at Ozarks Healthcare as part of an agency assist with the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department. A report was completed and forwarded.
October 6
A male subject was taken into custody on a charge of stealing. 
Information was gathered from the manager of Walmart on a stealing suspect. 
A driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop on Trish Knight. 
A female subject was taken into custody after being seen trying to enter an unoccupied residence on Rhonda Drive. 
An injured deer that was reported on Worley Drive was humanely euthanized.
October 7
A male subject was taken into custody on active warrants after a traffic stop on Gibson. 
A verbal domestic was reported on the 3500 block of U.S. Highway 63. No criminal action was found. 
A male subject turned himself in on multiple active warrants at the police department. 
A domestic disturbance was reported on Bartley Street. It was determined that no criminal activity occurred. 
October 8
A stolen wallet was reported on the 200 block of West Maple. The case was closed due to a lack of evidence. 
A domestic assault reportedly occurred on the 400 block of Aid Avenue. No injuries were reported, and the victim declined to pursue charges. 
A disturbance was reported on the 1300 block of Preacher Roe Boulevard. It was determined that a male and female were having a custody dispute. The issue was resolved, and the parties left with judicial remedies. 
Property damage was reported at The Heights. A report was completed. 
An assault involving juveniles was reported on the 600 block of Olden. The matter is under investigation. 
October 9
A domestic assault was reported on the 100 block of Harms. A suspect was arrested at the scene. 
Multiple individuals reportedly assaulted each other on the 3600 block of U.S. Highway 63. Security footage will be reviewed for charges. 
A suspect was arrested in a domestic assault on the 900 block of 6th Street. 
A disturbance was reported on the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue. A woman reported that her husband cut a tire on her car after an argument. 
A female subject at The Heights reported that she was being stalked by a male subject. Charges were filed. 
A driver’s license was found on Hubert Redburn Drive and placed into evidence for safekeeping. 
A disturbance was reported on the 1100 block of Lanton Road. No injuries were reported and neither involved party wished to pursue charges.
