A couple was reportedly arguing at Wayside Park. The couple had already been trespassed from the property and were issued citations.
A male subject on Fifth Street requested medical attention following an altercation. The man was transported to the hospital by EMS.
June 11
A woman reported that her boyfriend had stolen her ID and Social Security card. The woman reported that the items were stolen in West Plains. A report was faxed to the West Plains Police Department.
A man was reported lying on the ground behind the library. The man stated that he had been reading and had fallen asleep under the tree.
A domestic disturbance was reported on Delp Road. A male subject involved in the altercation left the residence.
A fuel theft was reported at Anchor. A photograph was taken of the suspect. 
A well-being check was conducted for a female subject at apartments on James Street. The woman was assisted to another room of her residence but did not require any further assistance.
June 12
A traffic stop was conducted for expired registration. The driver was cited for failure to register a motor vehicle.
A fuel theft was reported at Signal.
A male subject contacted the police department to explain a change in a child custody exchange.
A male subject was reportedly walking along U.S. Highway 60 with no shirt or shoes. Contact was made with the man, and the person that had dropped him off came back to give him a ride.
A bicycle was found at a property on West Second Street. The bicycle was taken to the police department.
A caller reported a vehicle being hit by an unknown object. It was determined that the vehicle hit a low tree branch, causing damage to the windshield. 
A female subject reported that someone had stolen her scooter.
A female subject on Falck reported that her medication had been stolen after it was delivered to her porch. The woman called back later to report that she had found the medication.
Items were stolen from a property on U.S. Highway 60. The victim reported that entry was made through a back door of the building.
An employee at West Plains Bank reported that a female subject was in the parking lot, asking for rides. A well-being check was requested.
June 13
A water leak was reported on West First Street. City Hall was contacted.
June 15
A male subject was reportedly having a possible heart attack at a business on Fifth Street. CPR was given to the man by the reporting party and by EMS. The male subject died on the scene.
A toddler was located at Lazy C’s. The child was returned to his mother.
A male subject had a riding mower roll on top of him on Missouri. The reporting party stated that the mower was off, and that the male was alert, but having difficulty breathing.
A male subject on Fourth Street reported that his ex-girlfriend’s family was harassing him. The man stated that did not yet want to file charges.
A caller reported that people were seen with flashlights inside a vacant house on West Fourth Street. No one was found at the residence. Extra patrol was conducted in the area.
June 16
A property owner on Herman made a complaint about chickens being on the property.
A domestic disturbance was reported in the Walmart parking lot. A male subject was seen pushing a female subject against a vehicle and throwing items. The victim did not wish to pursue charges.
