July 23
Brandi N Spicer, 35, Mountain Grove, failure to appear (three counts), probation violation. 
Anthony Paul Dickman, 33, Willow Springs, failure to appear (two counts). 
Emilee Reann Hicks, 19, West Plains, driving while revoked/suspended, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 
 
Citations
July 20
Deputy Jared Peterman made a traffic stop on State Route 17, near County Road 1500. 22-year-old Justin William Evans of West Plains was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit. 
32-year-old Eric Christopher Jewell of West Plains was pulled over near State Route EE and State Route 17. Jewell was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit. 
July 22
30-year-old Verlan Ray Coble of Koshkonong received a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit. Coble was traveling 73 miles per hour on State Route 17 near County Road 1620. 
 
Incidents
July 18
A Caulfield man was arrested during a traffic stop on Rhonda Drive in West Plains for driving while intoxicated, and other traffic violations. 
July 19
Deputy Nicholas Bruno conducted a traffic stop on US Highway 63, near Quarry Road in West Plains for an equipment violation. A probable cause search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of drug paraphernalia and prescription medication. The case remains under investigation. 
A West Plains man reported the theft of an aluminum canoe from his property on County Road 7080. The incident is being investigated. 
July 20
Pike Electric reported that someone had stolen several items from work trucks and a trailer on County Road 4660. A full investigation of the theft is underway. 
July 21
A Mountain View man reported a handgun missing from his residence on County Road 2680. A report was generated, and the incident is under investigation. 
July 22
A Mountain View man came to the Howell County Sheriff’s Office to report that a male subject had been at his home, violating a court order of protection. 
Deputy Nicholas Bruno conducted a traffic stop in the Wayhaven area of West Plains. Suspected methamphetamine an drug paraphernalia was found in the vehicle during a probable cause search. The case remains under investigation. 
The Howell County Sheriff’s Office recovered a stolen vehicle near State Route UU and County Road 1670 in Pomona. The vehicle had been stolen from Fulton County, Arkansas. A suspect was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold, pending formal charges. 
A West Plains woman came to the Howell County Sheriff’s Office to report that someone entered her home, and stole medication. The incident is under investigation.
