July 15
Ashley Nichole Osgood, 34, West Plains, failure to appear.

Tyler Ray Kilkenny, 25, West Plains, failure to register a motor vehicle, driving while revoked/suspended.

Incidents
July 6
A West Plains woman reported the theft of her wallet from the trunk lid of her car. The wallet was found by a citizen on Ramseur Road, and was turned in at the Howell County Sheriff’s Office. The owner of the wallet was notified.
A Willow Springs family reported that their mailbox had been damaged by an explosive device. The investigation continues.
July 7
A West Plains woman reported that another female had assaulted her at her residence. The suspected assailant agreed to leave the residence, on County Road 1130, and a report was completed.
July 8
The Howell County Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious white minivan parked near County Road 6070 and US Highway 160. West Plains Police Department data showed the van had been stolen the previous week. Detectives responded to the scene, and the owner of the vehicle was contacted.
A West Plains man reported to the Howell County Sheriff’s Office that a woman, known to him, had stolen his vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the MULES database as stolen.
A well-being check at a residence on County Road 3900 in Willow Springs was conducted by Deputy Shannon Caldwell. An 81-year-old female was found deceased at the home. There were no signs of foul play or trauma. It appears the woman died from natural causes.
July 10
A Willow Springs man reported that someone he knows ran over his foot with a vehicle. A report was generated. The man declined to be transported by ambulance for the injury. 
July 12
An open line 911 call was received from a residence on State Route 14 in West Plains. The 911 dispatcher heard what sounded like an active dispute on the call. Upon arrival, a female subject was found to have been assaulted. The woman declined to pursue charges, and was taken to a friend’s house.
A Mountain View man reported that someone struck his mailbox with a vehicle on State Route Y, breaking the post off at the ground. The incident was not witnessed, but is believed to have happened between the afternoon of July 12 and the morning of July 13. 
July 14
A Pomona man reported that someone stole four tires off of his vehicle, while it was sitting outside of his residence on State Route N. The investigation continues. 
July 17
Howell County Deputies responded to an assault at Roadrunner RV Park on County Road 4620 in West Plains. A male was transported by ambulance for a laceration to his head. The incident is currently under investigation.
