Incidents
September 5
A disturbance was reported on Illinois Avenue in Brandsville. A male subject was taken into custody at the scene on outstanding warrants.
Temporary placement was arranged for a child whose grandfather was in the hospital. The child was relocated from a home on County Road 2300.
A verbal altercation was reported at a residence on County Road 1740 in Peace Valley. The involved parties left the area before law enforcement arrived.
A male subject was arrested for driving while revoked during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 160 in West Plains.
September 6
A missing person was reported by a family member on County Road 5280. The subject in question contacted family a short time later.
A custody exchange was conducted at the Sheriff’s Office.
A male subject reportedly threatened another male with a knife at a business on the 1700 block of South U.S. Highway 63.
September 7
A firearm was reported stolen from a residence on County Road 6410. The matter is under investigation.
September 8
A burglary was reported at a residence on County Road 5710. A report was taken.
Several items were reported stolen at a location on County Road 5900 in Willow Springs. A possible suspect has been identified. The investigation continues.
A stolen firearm was reported on State Route BB. The matter remains under investigation.
September 10
A structure fire was reported on County Road 3400 in Mountain View. A suspect was interviewed for a possible arson. The investigation continues.
A theft was reported on Illinois Avenue in Brandsville. The investigation is ongoing.
