August 12
James Allen Gregorie, 47, third degree domestic assault. 
August 13
Bruce Allen Flaugh, 37, failure to appear (six counts).
Grayson Boyer Tucker Smith, 25, probation violation. 
August 15
Clayton Lane Rainwater, 21, second degree assault, fourth degree assault (two counts), first degree involuntary manslaughter (three counts).
Dalton Steven Wilson, 22, failure to register as a sex offender.
Zaccheaeus Alexander Viers, 18, second degree burglary. 
Samantha Lynn Deardorff, 25, extradition hold.

Incidents
August 11
An individual came to the Sheriff’s Office to report the violation of a protection order. A report was taken, and a probable cause statement was forwarded to the county prosecutor. 
A theft was reported on State Route 137 in Willow Springs. The matter remains under investigation. 
A license plate was reported stolen on County Road 3500 in Mountain View. The incident is under investigation. 
Property damage was reported on Hill Street in Willow Springs. Images were gathered of damage that was caused to two different vehicles. 
A female subject stated that she was punched in the face by a juvenile on County Road 7780 in Moody. Charges were forwarded to the juvenile office. 
August 12
A domestic assault was reported at a residence on County Road 9290 in Koshkonong. A male subject was hit by his wife and stated that she acted like she was going to run him over with her car. Formal charges are pending. 
August 14
A death was reported on County Road 6230. No charges were filed in connection. 
A patrol vehicle collided with an animal on State Route JJ.
A custody dispute was reported by a male subject at the Howell County Sheriff’s Office. Charges will be sent to the prosecuting attorney. 
A child custody issue was reported on East Main Street in Willow Springs. Charges were filed with the county prosecutor. 
An individual was arrested for violating an ex-parte on State Route W.
August 15
A theft was reported on County Road 7300.
