June 24
A theft was reported by a resident on State Route 142 in Moody. A report was taken.
A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on Split Oak Road in Willow Springs. 
A resident on County Road 9510 reported that they were the victim of a scam.
A careless and imprudent driver was observed on County Road 4490 in Pomona. The suspect vehicle failed to yield when a traffic stop was initiated. The driver was taken into custody after pulling into a driveway.
June 25
A male subject was taken into custody after a pursuit in Pomona. An interview with the male subject led to the arrest of a wanted subject and a seizure of illegal narcotics. The investigation is ongoing.
Items were reported stolen from a vehicle on State Route AB in West Plains. The victim reported that an unknown suspect broke a window in the vehicle to gain access and take the items. The investigation continues.
Burglary and property damage were reported at a residence on County Road 7640. A suspect was identified, and the incident is under investigation.
June 27
Mayfield Auto Repair in West Plains reported that catalytic converters were stolen from several vehicles at the business. A report was taken, and the investigation is ongoing.
A female subject reported a burglary at Silver Springs Storage on County Road 1280 in West Plains. The investigation continues.
June 28
A resident on County Road 6070 reported that someone had stolen $1700 from his home. The investigation continues.
The Children’s Division Director requested assistance with removing a child from a home to be placed in state care. The mother of the child requested to relinquish custody until she could provide a safer living environment. The child was placed in protective custody and transferred to the Children’s Division for placement.
June 29
The owner of a fireworks stand at the intersection of U.S. Highway 63 and State Route ZZ reported that someone had stolen two boxes of fireworks. A report was taken.
An inmate admitted to breaking a window in a holding cell at the Howell County Jail by striking it with an electronic tablet. The inmate will be charged with damaging jail property.
A resident on County Road 8120 reported an identity theft. The case remains under investigation.
A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle at Waggoner’s Auto Body on U.S. Highway 63. The investigation continues.
A West Plains business reported a forgery. The matter remains under investigation.
June 30
A mailbox was damaged by an explosive device on State Route 17 in West Plains. The incident is under investigation.
July 1
A vehicle fire was reported on County Road 6620. The owner of the vehicle stated that his niece told him that the vehicle was smoking after she had borrowed it. The vehicle was engulfed in flames when Deputy Dakota Millard arrived on the scene.
A vehicle was reported stolen on County Road 1330 in Pomona. The incident is under investigation.
A court order violation was reported on County Road 4910 in Willow Springs. A woman reported that her ex-husband had violated the order. Charges were forwarded to the county prosecutor.
A suspicious subject was reported on County Road 6540. Contact was made with a female subject who stated that she was trying to stay away from the reporting party after the two had been in a verbal altercation. The two parties separated for the night.
July 3
A traffic stop was conducted on County Road 8190 in West Plains. The female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated and obstructing government operations.
A mailbox was damaged by an explosive device on State Route N in Pomona. The matter is under investigation.
July 4
A female subject reported a domestic disturbance that had occurred the previous day.
A stolen vehicle was reported on County Road 2350. A woman reported that her boyfriend had taken her vehicle without permission.
A resident on Private Road 3747 reported that they believed a neighbor had shot his trailer with a gun, leaving two holes in the siding. A report was taken.
An 18-year-old male subject was reported missing on State Route K. The male was last seen leaving his girlfriend’s residence.
