Thumbs DOWN to USPS for refusing to clear their sidewalk of snow. Two elderly women fell, with one cutting her face. 

 

Thumbs UP to Liberty's Mr. Tune for holding up Miss Sabado's gown train to assist her in walking across the floor to be crowned Queen of Homecoming. A shout out to his, and any, parents for teaching/raising a gentlemanly young man.

 

Thumbs DOWN to Willow Springs Schools' decision to host the candidate forum for school board elections and have it run by a committee of out-of-towners who know nothing of our local people. Also, censoring questions is a great way to teach young people their freedom of speech can be controlled when the narrative could make you uncomfortable.
