Dear Editor,
The Mountain View Community Betterment (MVCB) would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Mountain View community for your generous donations and continued support throughout 2025. Because of your kindness, we were able to make a meaningful impact, and we pray that 2026 will be a year filled with even greater blessings for our community.
During the past year, MVCB proudly served over 884 community meals, and provided meals to the Agape House and Men's Care Center, provided Christmas blessings to 167 children, sponsored a free community skate night, donated clear backpacks to the MV-BT School district, and hosted several other activities aimed at uplifting and supporting our community. None of this would have been possible without the generosity of individuals, families, and local supporters who believe in strengthening our community.
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, MVCB is seeking volunteers, monetary contributors, and partnerships with organizations such as churches, banks, youth groups, and community clubs who are willing to work alongside us in bettering the community of Mountain View, Missouri. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Donations to support our efforts can be made to Mountain View Community Betterment (MVCB), P.O. Box 838, Mountain View, MO 65548.
MVCB's 2026 Committee includes: Karen Gaddy, President; Jennifer Abbott, Vice President; Cricket Anderson, Secretary; and Ian Connolly, Treasurer. Directors include Tonya Palangi, Kimm Wakefield, Joel Evans, and Virginia Cianciolo.
Thank you again for your unwavering support, and we look forward to another impactful year of community service.
Sincerely,
Mountain View Community Betterment
