A customer experience with Hirsch Feed & Farm

I purchased a Stihl chainsaw from Hirsch in West Plains three months ago. An issue arose with the saw and I called Hirsch; was directed to talk to Garrett. Got a hold of Garrett and explained the issue. He listened, asked some questions and said he would call his Stihl rep and get back to me. Garrett called back in less than 30 minutes and told me their solution to the issue; exchange my saw for a new one. If Garrett, Willis and Bart are the norm for Hirsch employees: helpful, honest and doing what it takes to make things right, you can buy from Hirsch with confidence.
