Dear Editor,

One of my former students was concerned about some of my views, to which I answered:

 

"The time period that we have preached about for years, has finally come... but the Church is blind and cannot see because we have deceived ourselves for the last two centuries with false doctrines of men like John Nelson Darby. But this is exactly what Jesus said would happen, "For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God's chosen ones." Matthew 24:24

 

"Undoubtedly, you have heard of the famous Christian writer - C.S. Lewis. Now, read one of his profound quotes, 'He (the devil) always sends errors into the world in pairs--pairs of opposites... He relies on your extra dislike of one to draw you gradually into the opposite one. But do not let us be fooled. We have to keep our eyes on the goal and go straight through between both errors.' (Note: Lewis wrote this during WWII when the good German folk rushed to support Hitler after he promised that his National Socialist Party would eliminate the Communists... to 'Make Germany Great Again.')

 

"Today, the abominable wickedness of the ungodly far-left progressive party has driven conservative Christians straight into the arms of Satan... but they do not see the dangerous events from God's Word happening all around them.

 

"We are currently in an age of GREAT DANGER, and by 2029, you will live to see alarming events.

 

"Remember that the Scripture says, 'For when they say, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction will come upon them!' 1 Thessalonians 5:3. Today, much of America believes that we have entered some type of 'golden age.' However, we could not be more deceived than we currently are. God's judgment of America undoubtedly began on 9/11, as a turning point for our country, which had played 'fast and loose' for far too long. We have now reached the end of the road but simply do not know it yet! We are in great peril!
