Mountain View holds Christmas Parade
The Mountain View Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade was held on Saturday, Dec. 16. The weather held out long enough to have a clear evening for the parade. Many community members stated that this was the best parade that Mountain View has seen in several years. The theme for this year's Christmas Parade was "Songs of Christmas"
In the parade float contest, first place went to Mountain View Healthcare with their float theme of "Grandma Got Ran Over By A Reindeer". Second place went to Mercy Clinic with their float theme of "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" and third place went to Barn Hollow Veterinary Clinic with their float theme of "Christmas is Going To The Dogs".
