Hometown singer draws crowd

A crowd of more than 70 filled Main Street Saturday night for the summer’s last Music on Main event in Willow Springs. Playing was Willow Springs native Brady Walton. Walton, backed by a band featuring his parents and childhood friend Jon Baker, performed a selection of up-tempo country classics showcasing his soulful twang and effortless range. Christian artist Ashley Smith played the first hour, offering faith-based originals and covers. 

 

Music on Main events are a collaboration among the city of Willow Springs, the Chamber of Commerce, and Pizza Americana. This month’s event was co-sponsored by Small Town Physical Therapy. Music on Main began in June 2026.
