Ozarks Healthcare asks community’s input to evaluate local health issues and delivery

Ozarks Healthcare is requesting the input of community members 18 years and older to be shared in an online survey that will help the health system create a 2022-2024 Missouri Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).
Conducted every three years, the goal of Ozarks Healthcare’s CHNAs are to develop community health priorities, improve wellness, and identify changes that need to take place concerning local healthcare delivery.
“In order to continue being the healthcare provider and employer of choice in our community, it’s important to us to hear the experiences and any concerns from our community members,” Tom Keller, Ozarks Healthcare President and CEO, said. “We ask our community to please let your voice be heard through this very important survey.”
To collect up-to-date community feedback, a short online survey has been created at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/OZH-CHNA-2022. Anyone 18 years and older is encouraged to complete the survey. While participation is voluntary and confidential, all community input is valued.
Those who complete the survey will be entered to win one of five $100 gift cards. In order to be entered to win, participants will need to complete the survey and enter a valid email address and phone number. The deadline to participate is 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18.
