Opera House Grill hosts soft open

Willow Springs’ newest restaurant, Opera House Grill, hosted a soft open on Saturday night. A surprise invitation was extended to guests at the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce’s annual banquet. Though it’s not open to the public yet, Opera House Grill will feature smash burgers, flatbread pizzas, classic appetizers, and top-shelf liquor once it does open. The first customer through the doors from the soft open was Vance Farmer, also the first customer at Eleven Point Café, when it opened next door.

 

Opera House Grill is owned and operated by Skye Waldron and Allen Eggert. It is located in a newly renovated space next door to the historic opera house, now Opera House Lofts, at 202 E. Main Street, Willow Springs.
