Children’s Behavioral Services celebrates new location

Children’s Behavioral Services, LLC celebrated its new location with a ribbon cutting, bounce house, sno-cones, and face painting Saturday morning. The only provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) from Springfield to Rolla, CBS is operating in its third location.

Amanda Riviello has expanded her business from a small storefront at Main and Walnut in downtown Willow Springs to the former MODOT buildings on Old Springfield Rd. She purchased the former location Two Old Goats Antique Mall in December. After a four-month renovation and remodel, they opened for business on County Road 1270 in April. 

The new facility features a classroom setting for improving classroom skills, smaller therapy rooms, the sensory gym, larger therapy rooms for including parents, and a waiting room. CBS serves children with Autism or other developmental disabilities in Howell and surrounding counties and features four of the five BCBA providers in the area, Riviello said. 

Only a few months into operation, the demand for her therapy services has already prompted plans for expansion. The new location is at 2240 County Road 1270 in Willow Springs. For more information, call 573-883-6761
