Willow Springs Preschool and Kindergarten Screening Information

Preschool screening and registration will be held on Monday, August 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. in the elementary building. The child must be four years old before August 1, 2020. Please contact the Elementary Office at 417-469-2474 to make an appointment.Kindergarten screening and registration for the 2020-2021 school year will be Tuesday, August 4 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday, August 5 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the preschool building. Please contact the elementary office at 417-469-2474 to make an appointment. All children entering kindergarten must be five years old before August 1, 2020. 

To both screenings, parents are required to bring the child’s official state birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency to registration. Proof of residency could be any one of the following: property tax receipt, rent/lease agreement, or utility bill.
