Richards R-V School Board to meet Sept. 21

The Richards R-V School District will hold a board meeting on Thursday, Sept. 21 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the boardroom.

Items on the agenda to include approval of the consent agenda; administrative reports; playground expansion project which will be a discussion on saving money for and designating money towards a plan on what is needed for the playground; and an executive session.

The executive session will be a closed meeting under the provisions of section 610.021, 610.022 by law to discuss (1) legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys. (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded. The term "personal information" means information relating to the performance or merit of an individual employee.

After the executive session the meeting will adjourn.
