West Plains Police Department receives visit from survivor of May 25 multi-vehicle crash
Last week, the child who survived the crash on U.S. Highway 63 paid the West Plains Police Department a special visit. Officers gave the young man a tour of the police department and a few souvenirs.
"We are honored to have the privilege to talk to him and see how well he is doing," a statement from the WPPD read. "We were able to shake his hand and tell him how happy we were to see him. We cannot be happier about how his recovery is going. Out of all the odds he has survived and is continuing to fight."
