Police seeking mural vandals

On the night of October 28, two unknown suspects vandalized the mural on Luster Arcade, located off the Square in downtown West Plains. The suspects’ identities remain unknown at this time. The investigation is ongoing as detectives work to identify those responsible and determine the extent of the damage.
