West Plains announces change to utility payments

Starting in October, the city of West Plains will no longer accept utility payments made at banks after the 15th of each month. This change is being made to allow enough time for processing before the utility payment due date on the 17th, the city announced September 26.

 

This change is only for payments made physically at the bank. All other payments will still be accepted up until the 17th

 

“We encourage you to plan your payments accordingly to avoid any late fees or service disruptions,” said the announcement.
