Gordon Mote to appear in concert at First General Baptist Church Jan. 15

Gordon Mote, a three-time Academy of Country Music Keyboard/Piano Player of the Year, embodies God’s faithfulness and goodness. He will be appearing in concert at the First General Baptist Church of Willow Springs on Sunday, Jan. 15 at 10:00 a.m. The congregation at FGBC invite anyone interested to attend. No ticket necessary.

This unwavering faith has been instrumental in Mote’s remarkable journey throughout his life. Born blind in Alabama, his earliest memories revolve around a profound passion for music.
 
Mote’s impressive discography, comprising 15 albums, including his recent release from New Haven Records titled “Where You Lead Me,” showcases his love for musical experimentation. Each recording skillfully blends Country, Pop, and Gospel influences, earning him numerous accolades, including multiple Dove and Grammy nominations, and the prestigious Best Roots Gospel Album nominations in 2017 and 2019.
