It’s time for the annual Back to School Supplies giveaway, but because of the pandemic, the giveaway will be handled differently this year.
Use the web address below to register for the giveaway, or obtain a paper copy of the form at the elementary school office during summer school.
Key Information:
-Forms must be completed by July 31 (paper or online)
-Students must be enrolled and attending in person at Willow Springs schools in the Fall of 2020 in grades K-12.
-Supplies will be placed into the students homeroom classroom or lockers before Open House. Supplies will not be handed out or distributed at an event this year.
-Basic school supplies are provided, but does not include snacks, trappers, ziplock bags, Kleenex, face masks, sanitizers, or wipes, etc.
