November 11
A driver accidentally drove away from Snappy Mart with the gas hose still in the vehicle. The driver returned the hose to Snappy Mart.
A garage door was reported open at Coulter Heating and Cooling. The door and building were secured.
A male subject reported that he was threatened by another male on West Fourth Street.
A male subject reported that he was on foot near Hillbilly Junction and was short of breath. EMS took the man to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.
A security alarm was set off at the First General Baptist Church. The building was checked and secured.
November 14
Property damage was reported at a residence on Campbell. A door was damaged when someone tried to break into the home. Patrol was increased in the area.
An escort was given to a male subject who claimed that he was being followed. An officer followed the man to AM Highway before returning to Willow Springs.
EMS responded to assist an intoxicated male who had fallen from his bike in the Casey’s parking lot.
November 15
A female pig was reported loose on Pine Grove Road.
A dog was reported running loose on West Main Street.
November 16
A suspicious subject was reported at West Plains Bank. The person was there to clean the building.
Contact was made with a female subject who had repeatedly called 911. The woman made unusual statements to an officer and appeared to be intoxicated.
A male subject reported receiving harassing messages. The subject was advised to block the number of the person sending the messages. 
A domestic disturbance involving a firearm was reported at Indian Hill Trucking. A suspect was arrested and charged for unlawful use of a weapon. She was transported to Howell County Jail. The victim later dropped the charges.
November 17
A Love’s employee requested officer presence due to an agitated customer.
