March 10
Corporal Trenton Roberts received a call of a vehicle blocking a roadway. He found the vehicle legally parked per city ordinance.
Officer Combs responded to a wellbeing check of an individual holding a sign at the Walmart parking lot entrance. 
Corporal Roberts responded to a hit-and-run property crash at Walmart. No damage occurred to the building, and management did not want to pursue charges.
Officer Timothy Gordon assisted a Howell County Deputy with a disabled vehicle.
March 11
Officer Gordon assisted a parent with information regarding a juvenile issue.
Officer Gordon responded to a disturbance. The individual relayed they were angry but had calmed down.
Officer Gordon conducted a security check of a vehicle at the soccer fields.
Officer Kylie McGee spoke with an individual complaining of a vehicle nearly hitting them as they crossed the highway. Officer McGee advised the individual to only cross in designated crossing areas and not to walk into oncoming traffic.
Officer McGee responded to a wellbeing check of an individual with a concerned neighbor. The individual relayed they were sick and staying inside.

Officer Gordon spoke to an individual concerned with a civil matter. He advised the individual on his options.
Officer Gordon spoke to an individual concerned about threats made over social media. The individual requested extra patrol in the area of their residence. 
March 13
Corporal Roberts assisted the Children’s Division, but did not locate anyone at the residence.
Corporal Roberts responded to McDonald’s for a report of a vehicle blocking the drive-through lane. He spoke to the driver, and they moved the vehicle.
Officer McGee responded to West Second Street for a wellbeing check of an upset individual. After speaking to the individual, they relayed they had received distressing information but no physical altercation had taken place.
March 14
Officer McGee responded to Stubb Street for individuals receiving threats through social media. She advised the individuals to break off all contact with the one making the threats. 
March 15
Officer Allen Reef responded to East Seventh Street for a report of multiple dogs running at large. He made contact with the owner, who stated they would restrain the dogs.
March 16
Assistant Chief Stetson Schwein responded to a two-vehicle accident. There were no injuries reported, but one driver could not exit the vehicle.
Assistant Chief Schwein responded to Fifth Street for an alarm. Investigation found no alarm sounds and the building secure. 
Assistant Chief Schwein responded to a request for a wellbeing check of an individual dropped off at Crosscut Liquor Store. The individual stated they did not need assistance.
March 17
Officer Gordon assisted an elderly person with mental clarity issues. EMS transported the individual.
Officer Reef assisted EMS with a medical call.
Officer Combs responded to a disturbance. Investigation found one subject tossing items out of a house. He advised the parties that they needed to separate for the night.
Officer Combs assisted an elderly individual who had fallen. EMS transported the individual.
Officer Combs responded to a call of a juvenile issue. EMS transported the juvenile for mental evaluation.
Officer Reef assisted EMS with multiple medical calls.
March 18
Corporal Roberts responded to Valley View Apartments for an individual trespassed from the property. The individual received a citation and left the property.
Corporal Roberts responded to a business with a dead animal beside the building. He disposed of the animal.
Officer Gordon spoke with an individual concerned that they were being chased by persons unknown. Concerned that the pursuers would harm his family members, the individual requested extra patrol around their residence.
Officer Gordon responded to Mercy Hospital for a hostile patient. After speaking to the individual, they requested to leave the hospital. 
Officer Gordon responded to a suspicious person loitering near residences. The individual relayed they were waiting for a friend to arrive home.
Officer Gordon responded to a business for a suspicious person loitering outside. The individual relayed they were walking and stopped to rest.
Officer Gordon took a report of slashed tires.
March 20
Corporal Roberts responded to a suspicious person walking back and forth along Dameon Drive. The individual relayed they were waiting for a ride.
Corporal Roberts took a report of threats. He spoke with all parties, and no further action is needed.
Officers received a call of an individual in a vehicle parked in the caller’s driveway acting suspiciously. The vehicle left prior to officer arrival.
March 21
Chief Jamie Perkins spoke with an individual concerned about lost or stolen property.
March 22
Assistant Chief Schwien responded to a non-injury motor vehicle accident. 
Officer Gordon received a call from the suicide hotline regarding a juvenile the department had dealt with previously. He contacted a parent and found the juvenile already received medical assistance.
Officers received a call from a woman reporting inappropriate behavior from an unknown male. A description of the vehicle will be forwarded to other agencies.
March 23
Officer Gordon received a call from Howell County Sheriff’s Office to speak to a juvenile making threats to themselves. Investigation found the juvenile safe.
Officer Reef responded to an out-of-control juvenile. He spoke to the juvenile and a parent.
Officers received a call from a resident concerned about a skunk acting strangely. The caller asked if they could dispose of the animal. He received permission to do so.
