Harris McDowell Hogue, Jr.

Harris McDowell Hogue, Jr., age 85, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024, in West Plains, Missouri; formerly of Willow Springs, Missouri and Conway, Arkansas. He was born April 4, 1939, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Harris McDowell Hogue, Sr. and Martha Etta (Walker) Hogue. Dowell graduated from The University of Arkansas with a degree in Industrial Engineering, in 1961. He is survived by his son, Kyle McDowell (Becki) Hogue of Wentzville, Missouri; his daughter, Kelli Dawn (David) Allen of West Plains, Missouri; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; his brother John Walker (Judy) Hogue of Bryant, Arkansas, nieces, nephews, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Kirk Matthew Hogue. Dowell donated his body to science, no memorial service will take place.
