A private memorial service for Gary Lynn Groves, 68, West Plains, MO, was held at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, February 17.
Mr. Groves passed away at 1:43 a.m. Friday, February 3, 2023 at his home.
He was born July 13, 1954 at Willow Springs, MO to Bruce Groves and Dorris Greene-Groves. On January 19, 2014, he was married to Kayla Henry. Mr. Groves was a truck driver. He loved to drive his Peterbilt. Gary loved his family, friends, Harley Davidsons, and his two dogs.
He is survived by his wife, Kayla Groves of the family home, seven children, Shane Groves and wife JoAnne, Blue Springs, MO, Jerod Groves, Pomona, MO, Nathan Rodman, Pomona, MO, Samantha Groves, Salem AR, Morgan Groves, Shelby Vega and husband Jay, and Shirley Brown. Many grandchildren, Hattie, Gage, Arrianna, Aidyn, Darrian, Jensynn, Jesslynn, Lyric, Arrayah, River, Memphis, and Onyx.
Mr. Groves was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Dorris, by his uncle, Charles Greene, his son Michael, and his grandson Jayce.
Mr. Groves was a man of faith and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
