The Willow Springs Fire Department had a big surprise for students participating in Willow Springs High School’s summer camp: big water. On Friday, armed with a firetruck and water balloons, firefighters cooled off the band kids for last day of summer band camp. Sources say even the fire chief was pulled into the water balloon fight.
