Free Wellness Checks

Members of the Willow Springs and surrounding communities are invited to free community wellness checks. Screenings for blood pressure, respiratory, heart, and pulse rates will be performed by the LPN students of the South Central Career Center. No insurance or identification is necessary. No medical advice will be offered, but information pamphlets may be provided based on results. 

 

Screenings will take place on Thursday, November 21 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  at the Bear’s Den (FEMA shelter) located at the Willow Springs High School campus at 407 N. Ferguson, Willow Springs.
