Howell County Health Department celebrates 20 years

The Howell County Health Department celebrated their 20th anniversary. The West Plains Chamber of Commerce were on hand to help celebrate HCHD's 20 years in the West Plains community.
A few of the attendees include, left to right: Shirley Butler, Barbara Alsup, Joyce Christopher, Judy Ingalsbe, Justin Frazier, Chris Gilliam, Dr. Robert Shaw holding the scissors, Katey Seiber, Scott McWilliams, Linda Lewis, Sheri Carda and Justin Jones. Among those not named are staff of the Howell County Health Department.
